Penalty Framework

  • Penalties for filing false self-certification, failure to comply with obligations, forming part of unincorporated RCASP, breach of confidentiality, tampering information or hindering the authority in performing its functions, USD 50,000.

  • Penalty can increase by USD 100 for each day contravention continues.
